Safeguarding and Welfare

The safety and wellbeing of our divers, coaches and volunteers is of upmost importance to us as a club. We work closely with GLL who run the Manchester Aquatics Centre to ensure we are all making the club a safe environment to enjoy our sport.

We are also registered with Swim England to ensure our safeguarding team are fully appraised on how to deal with any concerns.

Wavepower: Swim England's safeguarding policy and procedures

Wavepower is Swim England’s safeguarding policy and procedures document.

Its aim is to ensure everyone is able to enjoy our sports and aquatic activity in a safe, positive and enjoyable environment in line with current legislation, regulations and guidance.
